A 30 minute intake appointment enables us to gather initial information and assess if your matter is suitable for mediation.
If your former partner already agrees to participate in mediation with our firm, please have them schedule their Intake (Person 2 Responding to Mediation).
Alternatively, we will write to your former partner to invite them to participate in mediation. If they refuse to participate, do not respond or we assess your parenting matter as not suitable, we can issue a 60I Certificate.

Our mediation fees without lawyers range between $2,275 to $4,275 (incl GST and intake session). It is usual for parties to share this cost equally.
